Database Admin

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in database administration, database engineering, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, as well as data warehouse platforms.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, dimensional data modeling, and query performance optimization.
Experience managing very large databases (VLDBs), including partitioning, indexing, storage capacity planning, and archiving strategies.
Working knowledge of database security, access controls, and relevant compliance standards.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in enterprise or multi-team environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
