Data & Web Analytics Lead (Remote - work from home)

Showpo are an Australian-owned eCommerce fashion business with a global reach and big ambitions. We are at an exciting time for our next phase of growth and are seeking a Senior Data & Web Analytics Specialist or Data & Web Analytics Lead to join our team in this business-critical role.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you will:

• Develop and deliver Showpo’s analytics roadmap across web, product and digital marketing performance.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of a robust digital data architecture, including tagging, tracking, dashboards and reporting.
• Own end-to-end web analytics setup (GA4, GTM, BigQuery or similar, dashboarding tools).
• Analyse on-site behaviour and user journeys to identify friction points and optimisation opportunities.
• Lead experimentation and CRO frameworks, including A/B test design, implementation, analysis and recommendations.
