Data Testing Engineer for a high-scale video streaming org.
This is a back-end data role - pipelines, BigQuery, ETL validation, cloud infrastructure.
Not front-end tracking QA.
What you'll be doing:
Validate ETL/ELT processes and data accuracy across ingestion, transformation, and querying
Write SQL in BigQuery to run reconciliation checks and integrity testing
Build automated validation frameworks using Python/Shell scripting
Work with pipeline tools like Apache Beam, Dataflow, or Spark
Use GenAI (Claude required) for anomaly detection, validation automation, and root cause analysis
Validate BI reporting data in Tableau or Looker
What we're looking for:
5+ years in QA with a focus on big data / analytics
Strong SQL and BigQuery proficiency
Familiarity with GCP and/or AWS
Python or Shell scripting for automation
