Data Team Lead

Our need We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Lead to shape, grow, and elevate DataFlip's data practice. In this dual-capacity role, you will serve as both a technical expert—ensuring best-in-class solutions across projects—and a practice and people leader, guiding and mentoring team members on methodologies, strategies and execution, towards delivery excellence. The Data Lead will collaborate closely with DataFlip team members and clients, driving innovation while ensuring the most relevant technologies and practices are applied. As a key leader reporting to the CTO, the BI & Data Lead will balance technical depth with team development, fostering a high-performing data practice that delivers impact at scale.
