Proven experience delivering data migration from SAP ECC PA/OM into SuccessFactors Employee Central is required, including developing the data strategy and data plan. The candidate must have hands-on experience extracting data from SAP ECC PA/OM, transforming it into the SuccessFactors EC format, loading it into EC, and validating the migrated data end-to-end. The candidate must have served as an Employee Central module lead on a prior implementation and be Employee Central certified. Experience with SAP ECC HCM a plus.
