:We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide expert support in HR data reporting, validation, and visualization. The role involves developing an interactive HR dashboard using Power BI and establishing a data warehouse to collect, store, and organize HR data for strategic reporting initiatives. This consultant will improve and expand the existing Power BI dashboard, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and usability for dynamic, automated reporting.
The dashboard will cover key metrics such as agency position count, headcount, demographics, turnover/retention trends, leave usage, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and vacant positions. The consultant must ensure the raw data updates automatically and supports ad hoc reporting.
