About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to design and develop advanced analytics models that translate business problems into actionable data-driven solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop and optimize advanced analytics models (prediction, classification, clustering)
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model evaluation
Work closely with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into analytical solutions
Present findings and recommendations using effective data storytelling techniques
Support deployment of models into operational workflows and participate in retraining cycles
MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong coding proficiency in Python or R (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Hands-on experience developing ML models for real-world use cases
Strong experience in data wrangling, preprocessing, and model validation
Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
