 We seek a highly motivated data scientist to join our Innovation Lab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets and creating innovative solutions that will drive business growth.

 Conduct research and analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
 Develop predictive models and algorithms that can help the company to make better decisions, and will be embedded into our solutions in order to optimize the member experience.
 Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to business problems.
 Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentations.
