**Position Summary**

**The Data Scientist – People Analytics & Data Quality is responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and well-governed personnel data and transforming it into insights, dashboards, and scalable analytics solutions. The role supports HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders by enabling data-driven workforce decisions through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.**

**This role partners closely with HR, IT, and People Analytics stakeholders and plays a key role in improving trust in HR data while expanding analytical maturity across the organization.**
