Job Description:
Education: Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics or any other equivalent degree.
Experience: 6- 10 Years experience in Data science, 2 + years of experience working on Speech/ASR related projects.
Consulting skills
Identification, visualization, design & implementation of tools, technologies, platforms & practices to enhance operations.
- Familiar with Process discovery tools
- Speech Analytics – Analyze call recordings and speech-to-text data using speech analytics tools (e.g., Verint, NICE, CallMiner).
- Hands-on experience with any speech analytics platform (Verint/NICE/CallMiner).
- Strong understanding of call center KPIs and customer experience metrics.
- Data Analytics, AI & Generative AI
