Data Science Senior Manager

• Lead and deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve business problems and drive data-based decisions.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data Science and ML Ops team.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Editorial, and Technology teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee ML Ops and model lifecycle practices including deployment, monitoring, governance, and automated retraining.
• Drive experimentation through pilots, prototypes, and AI/ML innovation projects.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
