About the Role
The Data Science & Decision Intelligence Enterprise Leader is a senior business leader responsible for leading and driving enterprise wide transformation from data to decision intelligence, leveraging advanced analytics and data science to embed data-driven decision making across an organization.
The incumbent must have:
Leadership:
Track record of leading large-scale cross-functional transformation with measurable business impact leveraging advanced analytics and data science tools
(with impact on productivity, quality, customer experience etc)
Technical Expertise:
Deep hands-on knowledge in data science, analytics, visualization, predictive modeling, and platforms.
Business Acumen & Mentorship:
Prior leadership experience in core functions (eg. Data Science, Sales, Ops, HR, Supply Chain, Finance) and ability to train/mentor teams on practical applications.
