DATA BACKBONE – BUSINESS LEAD
About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the implementation of a Data Lakehouse (Data Backbone) solution within the Life Insurance and Investments industry, with a strong focus on Sales and Distribution across all lines of business (e.g., SLOCPI, SLAMCI, SLGFI, SLIMTC). The scope covers both individual and group data.
The Data Backbone – Business Lead will manage cross-functional squads composed of technical and business team members, driving the development of data and analytics products that enhance advisor experience, agency performance, and data-driven decision-making.
