Data Platform Engineer

You will be responsible for creating the underlying infrastructure that enables teams to access, process, and use data efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines
• Develop and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and storage systems
• Ensure data reliability, quality, and availability across the platform
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to support data use cases
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance optimisation for data systems
• Manage and improve data infrastructure for batch and real-time processing
• Apply best practices around data governance, security, and access control
