Role Overview
The Senior Lead of Data Platforms & Airtable Solutions Architect is the primary owner of the organization's data infrastructure. This role is responsible for transforming Airtable from a database into a centralized, production-grade hub for automated workflows and decision-grade intelligence. You will design and operate systems that turn expert labeling activity, QA signals, and delivery events into auditable evidence for clients and actionable insights for internal leadership.

- Data Architecture & Workflow Engineering
- Airtable Ecosystem Design: Architect complex Airtable bases using normalized schemas, linked records, rollups, and advanced formulas to support live delivery workflows
- End-to-End Pipelines: Own the full data lifecycle, designing scalable pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage across Airtable and enterprise warehouses like AWS S3
