Data Operations Manager

The Role

HCP Access is a growing data product startup within Veeva. We are looking for a data operations manager to be a critical bridge between our data pipelines and high-quality customer deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Own the operational lifecycle of the HCP Access data product. Monitor and investigate data pipeline health and data quality across ingestion, transformation, and delivery layers. Identify upstream data issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve root causes. Ensure customer-facing datasets are accurate, validated, and delivered on schedule.
• Lead dataset validation and release processes. Manage pre-release data validation and verification before customer delivery. Generate and validate final production datasets. Develop automated checks and data quality frameworks to detect anomalies and regressions.
