Data Operations Analyst

The Role

We are not looking for someone to just run surveys. We are looking for someone to build the engine behind them. As our Data Operations Analyst , you will own survey execution end-to-end, ensuring quotas are met, timelines are protected, and quality is never compromised. You will sit at the intersection of data, vendors, product, and technology. This role is about optimisation, not maintenance. You will run feasibility assessments, negotiate with panel vendors, analyse fieldwork trends, and use AI to automate workflows and scale operations. If you are analytical, tech-savvy, and excited about improving systems in a fast-moving environment, this is your arena.
