About the Role
Data Modeler – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Data Modeling Concepts (conceptual, logical, and physical data models)
- Expertise in Data Modeling Techniques (normalization, dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schema)
- Hands-on experience with Data Modeling Tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, ER/Studio, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of Database Systems (e.g., relational databases, data platforms)
- Proficient in SQL (query optimization, complex joins, performance tuning)
- Experience in Data Warehousing design and architecture
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration workflows
- Knowledge of Metadata Management and data governance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts
