Data Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation operating at scale across South Africa that is investing heavily in its data and AI capability. They are looking to engage with experienced Heads of Data / Data & Analytics Leaders who have led high-performing teams and delivered real commercial impact through data, analytics, and machine learning.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement , and who can translate data capability into tangible business outcomes.

What you’d be responsible for:

• Owning the data & analytics strategy and roadmap across the organisation
• Leading and growing multi-disciplinary data teams (Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, ML)
• Partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making
• Driving modern data platforms (cloud, modern data stacks, scalable architectures)...
