3+ years hands-on Stibo Systems MDM (STEP) implementation – architecture, configuration, deployment
5+ years large-scale enterprise Data Management / MDM programs (complex, multi-domain environments)
Strong Data Modeling experience – object models, hierarchies, attributes, workflows, UI definitions
MDM Architecture ownership – solution design, delivery standards, governance frameworks
Java / J2EE technical background (custom extensions, integrations, APIs)
Enterprise Database experience (SQL, data structures, performance tuning)
Integration experience – APIs, middleware, ERP, eCommerce, BI, Analytics ecosystems
Consulting background – multi-client delivery within SI/consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, Pivotree, etc.)
