Data Integrity Supervisor

Job Summary

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to supervise the staff and activities involved with all aspects of data integrity to ensure all escrow loan portfolios have premium payments disbursed accurately, timely, and according to CFPB regulations. This role handles all staffing and personnel issues including department procedures, daily workload management, employee attendance records, and employee development.
