OVERVIEW

• Enter, clean, and analyze historical and production data sets
• Understand the semantic meaning of data sets in the context of the firm's business
• Research industry sources to correct erroneous data
• Identify and highlight problems in vendor data streams and in the firm's data processes
• Reconcile data set inconsistencies carefully and manually
• Help establish data processing rules and documentation
• Work with vendors to address data quality issues.
• Help identify new sources of data to meet firm requirements
• Review externally-initiated data changes to understand and address the impact to the firm
