<p>We are the Operations Performance team, centralizing Customer Service, Onboarding, and Customer Success across Brazil and all Americas. We turn complex operational data into decisive actions, unifying KPIs and scaling insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, reduce revenue churn and elevate customer experience. You will play a key role in turning data into actionable business insights, helping define and enhance how the Operations team's performance is measured and optimized.</p>
