Data Governance Framework Development Design, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and operating models covering the full data lifecycle. Define and document governance procedures, including data quality management, stewardship accountability, and control mechanisms. Clearly establish roles and responsibilities across business and enabling functions to ensure consistent application of governance standards. 2. Governance Implementation & Oversight Monitor and assess compliance with established data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Facilitate and support Data Governance Councils and Steering Committees by preparing agendas, materials, and progress reports.
