Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing patient information and laboratory results within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This role ensures timely processing of lab data, proper documentation, and effective communication with medical assistants, internal teams, and external laboratory partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Enter lab results into the BHP spreadsheet accurately and on time.
• Upload the completed BHP file to the correct patient chart in the EMR system.
• Report any lab values that fall outside the normal range to the appropriate medical assistant right away.
• Quickly notify the designated staff of any urgent pregnancy-related lab results.
