Job Description:

Data Entry and Record Accuracy

• Perform regular data entry of healthcare information and patient updates into Google Sheets and the account’s Health dashboards.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient records according to provider-specific requirements.
• Log RPM review notes and outcomes under navigator or supervisor guidance.

Patient Engagement and Documentation
