Job description:

• Enter and update purchase orders, invoices, shipment details, and inventory data into ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and supplier information.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports related to inventory, procurement, and logistics.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for data validation.
• Track shipment status and update system records.
• Maintain documentation (GRNs, invoices, dispatch details, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company data management policies.
• Minimum Qualification Intermediate
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
