About the Role
Responsibilities
- Daily tracking of warehouse material receipts and shipments to ensure accurate inventory records;
- Preparation of inventory reports and prompt reporting of inventory discrepancies;
- Assistance with physical inventory counts, documentation of discrepancies, and analysis of causes;
- Archiving warehouse statistical documents and maintaining statistical ledgers;
- Collaboration with procurement and production departments to verify material requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse statistics experience preferred;
- Proficient in Excel and other office software with strong data sensitivity;
- Detail-oriented and responsible with basic data analysis skills;
- Understanding of warehouse management processes and adherence to warehouse regulations.
