Data Entry, Migration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Migration Specialist to manage large volumes of data and ensure accurate transfer of information between systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, validating, and migrating data while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new platforms or databases
• Verify and validate data before and after migration
• Clean, organize, and format data for consistency
• Maintain records in Excel sheets and internal databases
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Generate basic reports from migrated or updated data
• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams during migration projects
