We're seeking for an experience Data Entry in Hollywood. The ideal candidate must have a very positive attitude, energetic, friendly and provides great customer service. Very organized, detailed orientated, handle pressure well, and excel in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets that enable analysis of each area of concern
- Create daily Production reports
- Create and manage documents with updated information
- Prioritize assigned tasks to meet completion deadlines.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork to ensure none is lost. Transfer data from paper formats to computer.
- Type in data provided directly from Production Supervisors
