Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Manually enter historical AP payment data into Sage Intacct
Review and validate payment postings for accuracy and completeness
Cross-check data against source documents and AP system records
Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information
Ensure proper coding and posting in Sage Intacct
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process
Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve issues as they arise
