About the Role

Job description
 Our client is one of the world's leading Freight Forwarding companies. Based near Melbourne Airport, they are on the hunt for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join the team. 


The Role
As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will involve:
Data entry
Administration work
Dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls 
Respond to export shipment queries received via radio communication and resolve issues promptly
Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
Tracking shipments
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Conduct warehouse checks to identify and scan shipments in the held cage for timely processing.
Some physical handling of shipments required (light lifting only). Candidate must be flexible with wearing safety PPE and supporting warehouse activities when needed.
