Data Entry Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to help maintain accurate and up-to-date records that support our booking and operations processes. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and verifying data to ensure all information is consistent, error-free, and aligned with client needs.

These tasks require strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to ensure seamless booking experiences for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Receive and Process PNR Files:

· Accurately receive files from the Passenger Name Record (PNR) system.

· Extract and enter specific flight information into Blacklane's booking platform with precision.

Verify and Input Client-Specific Information:

· Review free text files from the PNR to identify client-specific requests, such as child seat requirements or bulk luggage requests.
