A company distributing medical products specialized in endovascular procedures for operations across Canada is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry and Order Management

The position is based in its offices in Saint-Léonard in East Montreal.

The successful candidate must be imperatively bilingual (French and English).

Answer incoming calls.

Manage the email inbox.

Enter clinical orders.

Ensure order management.

Manage inventory and stocks.

Qualifications
2 to 3 years of relevant office work experience.
