The ideal candidate should demonstrate deep hands-on implementation experience, strong system design capabilities, and ownership of backend architecture in production environments.

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of backend or software engineering experience

Strong backend-focused development experience (not frontend-leaning)

Expertise in REST and GraphQL API development
