- 5+ years Snowflake (pipeline design + performance tuning).
- Strong experience building CDC, incremental & bulk load pipelines.
- Advanced SQL (complex multi-database environments).
- 4+ years Python (automation / scripting).
- CI/CD for database deployments (Flyway + Jenkins).
- Production job orchestration experience (Control-M).
- Hands-on query tuning, clustering, warehouse sizing.
