About (MDS Hub)
The Marketing Data Science Hub (MDS Hub) provides BI and Data Science services to Discovery's Greater Marketing and Distribution areas. We are responsible for building information assets and delivering information to the business through various reporting channels from an executive level down to the call centre agent. The information assets that we are building is not only limited to report delivery but also integrated information assets to support the data scientists, analytics and actuarial teams within the Greater Marketing space.
Key Purpose
The role entails building a reusable sustainable framework to ensure collection, processing, and availability of high-quality new business and marketing data to enable BI and Data Science development.
