Data Engineer

Data Engineer role is a one-year contract, working on a hybrid in-office/remote model in the GTA. The compensation range is $60-$100/hr.

Job Specs

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for enterprise data integration
• Design and optimize data models (Data Vault, Star Schema)
• Develop data platform solutions using Snowflake
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and reporting
• Develop data solutions using AWS
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments via Azure DevOps

Your Skillset

• 5+ years in data engineering/ETL development
• Strong ETL pipeline design and development experience
• Expertise in Data Vault and Star Schema modeling
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake
• Advanced SQL (query writing, tuning, optimization)
• AWS cloud services experience
• Azure DevOps
