Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models (Customer 360, product, network, usage).
• Build and manage data platforms including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses (Hadoop, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Implement and maintain data quality frameworks (deduplication, validation, reconciliation).
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and telco-specific regulations).
• Support metadata management, data cataloguing, and governance for improved discoverability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, reliable, and analytics-ready datasets.
• Monitor, optimize, and tune data pipelines for performance, latency, and throughput (batch and real-time).
• Ensure data SLAs are met in terms of availability, freshness, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and platform issues promptly.
