About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of talented data engineers with the ability to not only keep up with current business demand, but also pioneer, in this space.
Collaborate with business partners and peers in the organization to understand and scope the problem, gather business requirements and facilitate the data integration process.
Bring new perspectives of data use that helps answering previously unanswerable and new questions.
Execute all aspects of analytics initiatives including exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, model development, model deployment.
Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.
Foster internal and external collaboration with teams of varying backgrounds, from the highly technical to the highly creative, to drive success.
