Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Power BI fully within the Office 365/Azure cloud environment.
- Configure SharePoint connectors for automated and scalable data ingestion.
- Manage Azure AD permissions and enforce secure access controls.
- Design and implement Role-Level Security (RLS) schemas in cloud reports.
- Standardize data models (column names, types) and transform complex datasets.
- Merge data from Excel, HR systems, and other sources into unified Power BI models.
- Develop HR and culture dashboards with operational and strategic metrics.
