Data Engineer-Healthcare Interoperability

Role Overview: We are seeking a specialized Integration and Data Engineer to orchestrate the complex flows of information between our platform, major US health systems, and analytics environments. This role bridges traditional HL7 data streams with modern cloud data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain interface engine channels (Mirth Connect, Iguana, and Rhapsody) using JavaScript/Lua to ingest HL7 ADT feeds from health-system partners
  

• Implement and configure modern SMART-on-FHIR launch patterns and Epic Care Everywhere integration patterns.
  

• Build out bi-directional API workflows with external laboratory vendors (e.g., Natera for genetic/carrier screening) and payer eligibility systems
