Data Engineer, BI Developer – SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI

Responsibilities

• You will be working on a data platform built on the Microsoft stack, covering ETL pipelines, analytical data modelling, OLAP development, and business‑facing reporting.
• The environment spans both on‑premises infrastructure and cloud components, with a strong emphasis on data quality, governance, and performance.
• You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and be expected to support and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Solid experience with SQL Server – advanced T‑SQL, query optimisation, and performance tuning in production environments
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining SSIS pipelines (ETL) at scale
• Experience developing SSAS models – multidimensional cubes and/or tabular models
• Strong proficiency in Power BI – data modelling, DAX, and dashboard/report development for business stakeholders
