Data Encoder

The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role ensures the completeness, correctness, and confidentiality of information to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data into the company's database, spreadsheets, and/or systems.
• Verify accuracy of information before and after encoding.
• Review and cross-check documents for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify incomplete or unclear information.
• Generate reports from encoded data as required.
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company security protocols.
