Data Encoder

Adarna House is in need of a project-based Data Encoder responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Product Development team's metadatabase. This role ensures that the company's product data is reliable for operational, analytical, and reporting purposes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing and verifying metadata entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Validate metadata against actual products, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing metadata and correct them in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve metadata discrepancies
• Document metadata issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns for continuous improvement

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm

Work Setup: Onsite/Office-based
