About the Role
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update inventory data into the management system.
- Record details of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantities and product specifications.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain and monitor inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
Documentation:
- Prepare and organize shipping and receiving documents.
- Maintain accurate logs of temperature and storage conditions for compliance.
Quality Control:
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products.
