JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Encoding Personal Data thru the system
- Processing of HMO account of the customer
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders forms applications and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least College Graduate of any course
- with or without experience
- with experience as Data Encoder is an advantage
- with strong personality and good communication skills
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft tools
- Willing to undergo training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
