Job Description
The Sales Admin Assistant / Encoder provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team. This role ensures accurate data entry, efficient documentation, and smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Encoding & Documentation
- Accurately encode sales orders, invoices, and customer information into the system.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of sales documents.
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales orders, deliveries, and payments.
