Job Title: Logistics Staff - Encoder

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all details entered and posted in SAP are accurate and aligned with the information reflected in the Tracking Form, RTS, and WTS.
• Participate in the reconciliation of floating stocks recorded in SAP.
• Perform the filing and proper safekeeping of all documents related to warehouse transactions (e.g., Receiving Tally Sheet, Withdrawal Tally Sheet, etc.).
• Follow guidelines based on quality assurance and quality control standards while inside the storage facility (e.g., FSSC, NSF, GWP, etc.).
• Immediately report any irregularities to your superior for proper action.Perform special projects or any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
