Data Encoder (AI/Data Annotation)

Global Pacific Support is partnering with a client to scale a short-term data operation. We're hiring Data Encoders with AI/data-annotation chops to help structure, label, and QA content for training and analytics. This is a project-based for 2 weeks with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

What You'll Do

• Encode and label text/image data according to clear guidelines and taxonomies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate annotation while maintaining human-level accuracy.
• Proofread and normalize entries (grammar, style, metadata).
• Hit daily throughput targets without sacrificing quality (we measure both).
• Flag edge cases, suggest clarifications, and help improve labeling rubrics.
• Keep meticulous records of work done (batches, versions, timestamps).
